Lactadial hose can be supplied in continuous lengths up to 40m, but is mostly supplied in bespoke assemblies. We can offer assemblies with the following coupling types in 316 stainless steel:
● BSP
● RJT
● Triclover/Tricclamp style
● IDF
● DIN
● SMS

ALL ASSEMBLIES ARE 100% PRESSURE TESTED AND SUPPLIED WITH INDIVIDUAL IDENTIFICATION AND TEST CERTIFICATED.

● The ideal hose for milk tanker applications. Not suitable for fatty foodstuffs and oils.
● PET internal helix reduces weight and improves flexibility , making Lactadial an easier hose to handle.
● PET helix has crushproof properties and, unlike steel helix, allows recovery of the hose shape despite any accidental ‘squeeze’.
● Smooth seamless white tube means less likelihood of ‘bug traps’ and 
consequential bacterial growth.
● Complies with the most stringent European and USA regulations.
● Unaffected by changes in temperature unlike PVC products.
● Resistant to cleaning with detergents or steam to max temp of 110°C.
● Non-marking abrasion resistant cover.
● Contains no Phthalate.

Inner Tube: Food grade NR, white, smooth
Reinforcement: Synthetic textile with embedded PET helix
Cover: Weather and abrasion resistant NR, blue
Temperature Range: -30°C to +80°C
