TRALE® 4SP Hydraulic Hose is a premium, heavy-duty hydraulic hose engineered for extremely high-pressure applications in demanding mobile and industrial systems. Manufactured to meet EN 856 4SP and SAE 100 R9R/R10 standards, this hose is ideal for high-impulse environments where strength, durability, and performance are critical.

The hose is constructed with a high-quality synthetic rubber inner tube that offers excellent resistance to mineral, vegetable, and hydraulic oils. Reinforced with four layers of high-tensile steel wire spiral, the TRALE® 4SP delivers outstanding pressure capacity while maintaining reliable flexibility under stress. The synthetic rubber outer cover provides exceptional resistance to oil, abrasion, and harsh weather—making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use in rugged conditions.

The TRALE® 4SP supports working pressures up to 450 BAR (6,525 PSI) and burst pressures up to 1,800 BAR (26,100 PSI), depending on hose size (see technical datasheet below/attached). Available in sizes from 1/4" to 2", this hose is engineered for tough, high-performance hydraulic systems.
