Dualcon Containment WRAS Approved Hose

Dualcon is a Dual Containment Hose which features a reinforced hose contained within a clear, flexible outer tube.

The outer tube is designed to increase environmental safety when conveying chemicals or waste products offering protection to the inner hose and would also contain any leaks from the inner hose if it was accidentally damaged.

Available in lengths up to 1000m means that Dualcon can be installed in longer runs negating the need for multiple connections required on rigid pipework, all of which represent a potential leak path.

There are two versions of Dualcon:

Hydrachem

This is the most commonly used Dualcon hose and features an LDPE inner liner which offers exceptional resistance for dosing chemicals commonly used in the Water industry.

• WRAS approved construction making it ideal for water treatment plants and STW ( Sewage Treatment Works)
• LDPE smooth liner offers excellent chemical resistance  for chemical dosing applications and superb flow characteristics
• Easier to install than rigid systems with continuous lengths> 1000m
• Eliminates connectors and the need for catchment pots and alarm systems
• Phthalate Free construction
• RoHS compliant
• Silicone & Cadmium Free
• Excellent flexibility and kink resistance
• Brilliant white cover which is designed to easily show any blemishes on the inner hose cover.

Aquachem 

Aquachem differs in that it has a WRAS approved TPE liner which means it is significantly more flexible than Hydrachem. It is still an ideal product for water treatment applications.

• Excellent flexibility and kink resistance. TPE liner makes it more flexible than Hydrachem.
