Century Hose & Couplings supply a complete range of PTFE lined hose assemblies to match your required specification!

Standard assemblies can normally be supplied within a few days, depending on quantities and exact technical specification. 

PTFE is widely recognised as an exceptional 'problem solver' in many applications and has many favourable attributes, including:

• Exceptional chemical resistance - suitable for most aggressive chemicals. Always check compatibility with the CH&C sales team.
• Non-stick properties - making it virtually self-cleaning and suitable for food, drink and pharmaceutical applications. 
• Wide operating temperature - from -60°C to +260°C. 
• Non-toxic - all PTFE tubing used in production of our hose liners comply to the following Standards & Certification: FDA 21:177:1550 & EU Food, USP Class VI & 3-A Sanitary. 

Our assemblies are available in multiple configurations, and these are some of the more popular examples:

SC Grade - smoothbore, convoluted PTFE. Super flexible but with a smooth lining for optimum flow of product, and ease of cleaning.

HC Grade - heavy wall convoluted PTFE. Suitable for most applications. Can be supplied with a stainless vacuum wire to increase mechanical strength, pressure & vacuum rating.

SC and HC grades can be supplied with various cover options including Stainless Steel (304/316), Polymer Braid, PVDF and Rubbers such as EPDM and Silicone. 

SB Grade - smoothbore PTFE for applications including automotive (SAE 100 R14), high pressure and gas.
